Adjust the "Create Idea" dialog (Emoticons and Colors not showing correctly, stretching images)

I'm talking about the interface the user gets to see when submitting an idea, just like I am now. There are some visual issues with it, nothing that impairs function, but small things that might be improved down the line. Take for example the emoticon drowdown:

It should be obvious what I'm talking about. The issue here is probably that the width for the textarea is drastically reduced compared to posting normal threads.

To me the textarea looks like this:

The next issue of this width is that pasted pictures can't be resized to a size that is larger than the textarea, even though the initial post in the posted idea will be much wider.

The textarea where the user types should be much closer to the width the post will get when its posted.
