I got thinking about the rich universe of the Endless series at about 3 am as is my usual tuesday nights are spent and I have also been considering getting into some tabletop games such as warhammer or something and I thought about what a game that could be played with friends around a table whether it is more individual character based or towards larger scales like 40K and I honestly thought it could have potential. I'll probably try and make something like it for me and some friends to mess around in and it will probably be decidedly sloppy but hopefully fun. Considering where and idea like this could go.

I feel like this would work very well for Endless Legend in particular. The board game could be escaping Auriga, points could be awarded for something like a Legendary Deed or victory milestone, and you might get technologies, buildings and units as cards that you can play. You might have faction unique decks to represent the faction mechanics and quest rewards, and you could include a little bit of flavour text like MtG, but with more of a nod to the great in-game quest line text. Maybe have a simplified selection of playing pieces on a well-designed board ala Scythe? You could really lean in to the visual spectacle of Endless Legend and make a really beautiful board.

Haven't been around in a while but I considered trying to make something similar, when I pictured it I mostly thought of Auriga and the Endless Legend setting because while the rest of the games have very colorful factions this has the most personal level of detail, as well as factions, races, events, and most everything else is something that would be fantastic for a tabletop game. 

I'm going to keep all of this updated and I'll try and post something once I try it out with some friends.
