A new button showing the url of a post within a thread would be very usefull to link to one post in particular.
Currently, you can link to a thread but not to a post. :/

This is now possible, using the "anchor" icon on the top right corner of a post. To get the direct url, you can "right click -> copy link", or click on the icon and copy the url from the address bar of your browser.
