Enhance the top navigation bar with icons

The navigation tab within the large boards (ES, ES2, G2G...) is really anticlimactic, almost unnoticeable. I'm talking about this one here:

Even the color of the font is just a subtle difference on the background. People are just not going to look at this much and this might cause some functions, like the ideas section, to go under the radar. Maybe the design could be improved somehow but I'm not quite sure how. The one definite suggestion I have here is to add icons in there, kinda like this: 

This would make it much nicer to use and the icons will make sure people notice there is relevant stuff here to look at.
