I'd like to see the option to get notifications only when someone comments on an idea I am favouriting because getting told whenever someone upvotes them is just downright annoying. This would, in my opinion, be a good balance between keeping oneself up to date on the discussion, while being able to filter out less important information. (This would, of course, be optional, as some people definitely want to get a notification for every single upvote.)
