Dungeon of the ENDLESS™ is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense hybrid game, in which your team of heroes must protect the generator of their crashed ship while finding their way out!
It's all a bit humanoid centric again.Even the minors.
Now to be fair only two of the 3 races had non humanoid centric looks and they were released after there are still 4 races left maybe 6 - 7 if we incldue the possible future DLCs and we have the fallen as confirmed faction so one non humanoid race confirmed as long as they dont end up being trees with boobs or some weird thing like that lol, anyway is more about the lore thats what makes them unique, the cultist and the horatio had a pretty cool backstory something quite original and they had humanoid looks although there are some races that to be honest i found boring like the vaulters and the pilgrims purely human races yeah those are kinda meh but that last my personal opinion.
EDIT: and all of the EL races are humanoid in one way or the other.

I'm personally a fan of humanoid designs, and I'm sure Amplitude will have enough physically unique factions. It's more the differences in personality and lore of the factions that matters to me- and I'm sure we can all agree they're shaping up to seem that way.

Sad news: This time, they cut the presentation off before they even got to create the new fleet. So there will again not be space battle footage for you guys.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. After all, it is still very soon after Gamescom. I imagine they'd be saving the final faction a few more weeks, possibly to be revealed along with the actual EA date.
Dang it Cat can't a guy dream? But seriously I still think we'll at least get a little tease of them. Kind of like we did when they showed the name of their leader.

I don't know why I didn't think of that before, but you're probably right about the faction reveal! Fingers crossed, although it started today and we haven't heard a peep yet about it...
The Amplitude stream isn't until Sunday, and with the faction contest wrapping up and them begining the marketing for Tempest I doubt there will be any new news till then.

Those guys made it almost unwatchable. Honestly, I'd be happy if they just had one of the Devs presenting it given that they actually know what they're talking about.
