Dungeon of the ENDLESS™ is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense hybrid game, in which your team of heroes must protect the generator of their crashed ship while finding their way out!
When the Dungeon of the Endless base game reward redeeming was failing with 'temporarily out of stock', I used the DLC reward links first instead. They seemed to go through on the Amplitude Studios Community side, but didn't show up on Steam. The next morning the base game reward behaved like it went through, and all the Dungeon of the Endless base game + DLC rewards now no longer showed up, but on the Steam Account side, bizarrely, only the "Dungeon of the Endless - Deep Freeze Add-on Retail (WW)" was added, without the base game to actually play it.
I tried unlinking and relinking my steam account, but the reward links are still gone on the Amplitude Studios Community side.

I gave up, it's a terrible unintuitive website, by the time I switched to my pc from ipad, it said I already claimed whereas it didn't show I had it on steam account....
