Hikensha's cost to level up from 1 to 2 has increased from 13 to 21 food.

21 used to be the cost to advance from 2 to 3. Basically all her level up costs seem to have slipped one level ahead. As every other hero's level up cost has remained the same as in the previous build, I take it that Hikensha's over-priced level up costs are unintentional.

Nothing is cast in stone but we're trying different ways to differentiate the "teams" (guards, prisoners and locals).

Currently, the locals are more expansive for the first levels and less expansive for the last levels.

Yeah, I should have edited my first post. I have had some time to document Food costs since. It seems a bid overwhelming at the moment since Hikensha is the only current Hero with such a high early cost. Especially in the early levels when you are completly struggling, having to choose between leveling just Hikensha or getting levels for two other heroes seems a bit much though.
