Dungeon of the ENDLESS™ is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense hybrid game, in which your team of heroes must protect the generator of their crashed ship while finding their way out!
I guess it's just very rare case and wasn't noticed before, but if you manage to kill all currently spawned monsters when you move crystal to an exit all heroes are quickly healed.
I don't believe this a bug; heroes are always supposed to heal when no hostiles are present, so if you luck out and kill them all before the next spawn this is normal behavior.
