In not realy sure if it was a level 3 or 4 module, but golems where attacking it and no healthbar was visible. Maybe other modules have the same problem.

I can confirm that, but the problem is in it's placement.

Health bar is displayed under major module sprite, and it is not visible or partially visible under lvl3 and lvl4 modules.
