if the character icon happens to be covering a door that can be opened, mousing over the icon changes the cursor to the green [OPENDOOR] mode, as if it was floating directly over the door instead of the character icon. I took a screenshot of this but for some reason the cursor didnt show. maybe my mouse slipped a bit while I pressed F12.

the cursor change persists too. I tested again today and then hit ESC to save the game. the cursor remained on [OPENDOOR] with the menu on ... whoa there. steam's F12 screen capture doesnt include the cursor. explains the fail with my previous capture. oh well.
