If the cursor will change the type and you press ESC, the cursor wont change back into normal howlong the game is paused.



For Example:



Cursor on a door > cursor change into green circle > press ESC > cursor wont change back in pause > press ESC again or click on continue game cursor change back into normal.



This happend with the door cursor, the character cursor and the destroy cursor.

Thanks for the report!

This actually is worse when you had a building selected and tried deselecting it with Esc.

I've built unwanted buildings several times because Esc does not intuitively leave the building mode, when you are in it.
