I noticed that with my mouse, using middle mouse button results in some rooms powering and de-powering very quickly. I have had this mouse for a while, so the problem is probably going to get worse.
Should be and easy fix if you're interested, just adding a delay of a few ms after the middle mouse is clicked before it can be activated again.

Thanks for the report. Also, just FYI, you can use ctrl + left click to power a room (in case you really are annoyed with the middle mouse button).
