So i was on floor 9 and found an artifact some mobs destroyed it but it stayed in the room, couldn't use it but the big mobs would still keep going to that room trying to destroy it. After a reload it disappeared, so nothing major, didn't manage to screenshot it cause I'm a fool :L, it just looked like the sprite was slightly floating off of the square base in the room. hope this helps.
