Game-Crash in Elevator

HI

The Game is crashing, when I'm in the Elevator, ready to start the next Level.

It happends very often, and on different Levels.

No save Game, because it happends in the elevator

Version: 1.0.15

All Diagnostics and error logs are in the attachments.

Hope you can help me, I like the Game and will go on with it.

C'est vraiment pénible ce bug, impossible de jouer. Crash dans l'ascenseur, pas de sauvegarde, nouvelle partie, crash dans l'ascenseur.

Je n'ai pas dépassé le 2 ème étage

J'ai joint les 9 rapports de crash en fichier joint

I've had this issue twice transitioning to floor 12 with escape pod. Both times I had different mixes of hero and conversations. I re validated my files to make sure I didn't have a bad file. Heh Frustrating to be so close to victory. I'm hoping I'm not going to crash the next time heading into 12.

I'm not sure which of the dumps was my first crash in elevator I'll post the others also. But my recent one for today I will post first.

Same issue.

Game crah in the elevator. No save game, I have to restart a new game. Hence, the game is not playable at that point.

Hello there,

We are still working on this issue and it's quite hard. We are also working on a new system in order to save the game in several cases.

At the moment, the only advice (unfortunately) we can give you in order to avoid the crash is it to relaunch the game (the application) at the middle of your average game.
