Could you please refer to the sticky thread: "Bug Report - How to"? Thank you. smiley: smile We'll need your diagnostics and output log files. You can zip those and attach them to a reply.

    For MAC: (via the OSX Console) - ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
  • DIAGNOSTICS.HTML

    For PC: [Documentsdir]/Dungeon of the Endless/Temporary Files/Diagnostics*.html

    For MAC: Diagnostics.*.html - ~Library/Application Support/EndlessLegend/Temporary Files/
  • REGISTRY.XML - [Documentsdir]/Dungeon of the Endless/Users/[steamID]/Registry.xml
  • SCREENSHOTS - By default on Steam, you need to press F12 to take a screenshot. Once you exit the game, you will find the screenshot manager window, press on "Show on disk" and grab the pictures you find relevant

Please note that you need to zip and compress in a folder your documents and then attach it to your thread (simply attaching a .sav or other extensions will not work). Do not try to copy and paste the content of your output log or others on your forums post either. Thank you!




Other things you can try in the meantime:

  • Enter these commands: (right click on the game in your Steam library > Properties > Set launch options): -force-d3d11 or -force-opengl
  • Update your drivers
  • Make sure you meet the minimum requirements (Store page), especially with your graphics card
