I've same bundle from steam as this man guy, have same installed parts. Completed armory pod without any harm to crystal, and game said that refreezerator pod is unlocked, but it's didn't show up. I'm playing only single player games now.



What could be the issue?

Have you gone into online mode with Steam and done the "verify integrity of game cache?" Solution yet? This forces a recheck of all game files and may fix the problem.
