Playing on Drill, level 24, got a level with elite chimera keepers. On two different occasions, in two different rooms, a keeper would seem to spawn (a frozen max-leveled sprite graphic was there, minimap shows red dot), but there was no warning indicator, the keepers were entirely untargettable (weapons/dots/modules had no effect). their presence didn't affect the end-of-turn 'all finished, everyone back to full health', but it did prevent me from saving and quitting (error was something like 'current event not finished' and the option was grayed out).

First time it happened was fairly early in the level, maybe second time keepers spawned? maybe had something to do with keepers being alive when one of those door-opener mobs busts down a door? had keepers several times on previous levels without incident.



When the first keeper bugged, the same turn I also had a bug where I had a room where I couldn't place a major mod, similar to this thread:

and looking through my diagnostic file, these are the only things that really sticks out (I didn't get a hero):
