As you can see, the cost of "restoring" my skills' cooldowns is negative, so when I click it I gain science back. This can be done indefinitely.



Steps to reproduce:

1. Use an active skill.

2. Save and quit the game.

3. Continue the game.

4. Open some doors. Each door you open will lower the restore cost of that character by 3, with no minimum value.



The cost seems to reset when you use an active skill again.
