While playing we lost power at home and I have lost all my characters, some of the pods, album entries and high scores. I have no idea how to get them back.

Thank you for your report and sorry for the delay in the reply! Unfortunately, you seem to have lost your progress and with our current save system, when your progress isn't saved properly (in this case, when you lost power), your file becomes corrupted, which is why it can't be read by the game anymore.
