Dungeon of the ENDLESS™ is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense hybrid game, in which your team of heroes must protect the generator of their crashed ship while finding their way out!
Occasionally, when I double click an item a hero has equipped in order to unequip it, it totally disappears. The item is no longer on the hero and doesn't show up in the backpack or inventory either. It does not happen every time; it does not even happen every game, but it has happened a few times.
I am running on Windows 7. The game version is 1.1.15. I have all of the dlc except for Rescue Team. I had just tried to unequip the Surviving Kit from Golgy's second accessory slot and the item is now gone. Thanks for any help.

Having the same problem.
Happened twice in the last game, in too different floors. Happened just now on a new game.
Running on Steam with Windows 10, game 1.1.15 with Australium DLC, Aplitude Badge and Bookworm Add-on.
On the save prior to the current, it happened in two different floors, just don't remember which. I do remember that one of those items were a Fred's Fixer that I removed from Elise.
On the current save, on the 2nd floor, I tried to unequip the Crutchy and the Iron Shield (both Green) from Lady Joleri, and they disappeared.
Any updates on this? Have the devs been able to replicate this bug and made any progress on a fix? I ask partly because I made the bug report just before the forums went dark for the website migration.
To add to my report, the resolution I play at is 1280x1024 (not a widescreen resolution) just in case that might have something to do with it. (Edit: my in-game settings are 1280x720, pixel-perfect mode, full-screen and v-sync are enabled).
When i double-click at an item in my inventory to equip it on my hero, the item she has equipped before disappears completely instead of being put into inventory.
