Dungeon of the ENDLESS™ is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense hybrid game, in which your team of heroes must protect the generator of their crashed ship while finding their way out!
Start game, game boots up. Amplitude Logo video plays, then cliffs loading screen, immediately following that a light grey screen appears where there is a broken image of a heart, if escape is hit a black screen appears with Various controls and sprites on the left and top of the screen. Note, I can hear the menu music in the background, I just cant see anything but these screens. (screenshots included)

Notes:
- Ive gone threw your guys trouble shooting as much as i could find to no avail.
• Run both steam application in Admin, no effect
• Run application in no full screen, also compatibility mode windows 8, no effect.
• -force-d3d9 when game is launched it skips both the logo and cliffs loading screen, and go to a black-screen which i cant see anything however I can hear the background music
• -force-d3d11 goes back to initial issue, both loading screen are a go, but then ends up with the light grey screen with the pink heart.
• -novideo Skips amplitude logo straight to the cliffs loading screen, but ends up with the light grey screen and pink heart on the left.
• disabling steam overlay, zero effect. Logo>cliffs> greys screen/pink heart
• when I was first troubleshooting this issue, I ran into a resolution issue. where it would only load into a black screen. I tried turning the display resolution down to a lower resolution and then ran the game, I was able to get past the black-screen but ended up with this current issue.
If there is any more information of testing you would like me to try let me know, I'll be around. thanks again for looking into this.
While I had updated all the drivers earlier, and reinstalled, I hadnt done a full clean sweep, including the registry. And from what I can gather he was mentioning somthing that the game kept trying to use the old drivers, even though the new ones where there. so a full deep clean of the game allowed a clean start.
Hopefully this will help with future issues for anyone with this.
Some forum posts also have quite a lot of errors about these problems. I was in the same situation trying to jump over a cliff. The screen suddenly went dark. The problem is still not fixed after I restart my device.
