I do not know what causes this I've been playing since launch and haven't been able to pass floor 3 due to this pathing bug I've tried to restart my game uninstall and reinstall idk if it has something to do with my xbox but I can't get past floor 3  I've tried to go through all 3 different paths but the same result anyone know a fix?

For me in-depth I've tried it with different people/ regions but it didn't happen when I was playing with them when I was local and with my friends this same bug happened Wether I was by myself with 2 or 1 of my mates or even 3 bots I don't know what causes it but when I get to floor 3 the crystal bot goes all a wall and runs into walls or the nearest corner
