At some point the Buckshotter perk stopped giving me its proper damage bonus. When I had looked earlier I was up to +130% attack damage but it has gone down to +30% which I believe is all coming from other sources. Giving myself an elemental damage upgrade also did not increase my damage so buckshotter appears to have become entirely inactive.  I don't know what caused it and I have included multiple diagnostic files as I save reloaded a few times to attempt to fix it.
