Me and my friend started a run in Astral Harbor, as Shroom and Zed. We proceeded into Security Vaults, fought and defeated Red Dead Eye.

After the final Health Bar, instead of unlocking the Exit Door - the Game stuck and we kept hearing dialogues from Boss, but couldn't proceed.

I have Screenshots of me showing it has 0 health left - my friend saw it still has 1 health stuck but nothing to proceed in game with.

Step 1

Start Coop Game with Friend in Astral Harbor

Step 2

Choose Security Vaults District

Step 3

Defeat all 4 Health Bars of Red Dead Eye, the middle one being last

Step 4

Game gets stuck

Exactly the same issue, me and a friend beat Red Dead Eye and the big door just doesn't open. This happens in both single player and coop sadly.

After looking at the other two posters, they were both in Duo co-op mode. This could be the common denominator

In the same boat here. In co-op (2 players)
Boss' hp is down and nothing is happening. :(

If it helps:
- My friend is in Australia and I'm in North America.
- I'm the host (North America w/ East server)
- On his screen, he still sees the circles on the minimap for the corrupted seats. I however do not
