In the last 24 hours of gameplay I've seen this happen 3 or 4 times: I pick a turret for research, but get something else instead.

For example, choosing Amplifier but getting Tesla Ball. Or, I was going for either Shield, Amplifier or Acid Sharpshooter, but later in the game noticed I have some weird thing researched that I 100% never asked for.

One time I arrived at Bug Momma thinking this is a good run because I was able to research an Amplifier before getting here only to find out instead of an Amplifier I've got a Smoke-something that again, I never asked for.

Smells like a UI bug, but I'm 100% sure that the turret I wanted to research was always properly highlighted and clicked, i.e. it's not like the game thinks I'm clicking something else, because it properly highlights my choice.

Judging by how someone encountered this unrelated to research, maybe it's a selection wheel problem in general.

When using the mouse to navigate the research/shop/upgrade UI, it will choose an option that you don't have selected, but moused over previously. Using the keyboard to navigate hasn't triggered the issue yet. I have only encountered this issue while playing multiplayer as a client.

Choose one option. Unsure if speed matters.
