Yeah same here, we tried a couple runs and unfortunately it won't continue, other character's quest seem to be fine if not a little glitchy

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Began run in devotion center in a 2 person team of Shroom and Zed
Step 2
Completed the first zone (and ultimately the whole district) with both characters in party

I completed Shroom's first hero quest (progress past the first zone in the Devotion Garden district in a squad with Zed) but the game did not trigger that I had completed the quest. I was playing in multiplayer and was the host of the session.
