Over the course of my runs I have encountered Blobs in the Transcendence Center. I had seen in the district overlay that their icon is grayed out, which gave me the notion they shouldn't spawn there. Instead, I had all types spawning in the map just as if I was in the Core. I am not sure if this is supposed to happen, or if it's a bug.
