Bug Momma bugged, locked run.

I've got my run locked after i closed the game on the momma fight. I reached the floor where the battle happens, had to quit and when i loaded the game i found that one of the larvae you have to destroy to annoy her it wans't there anymore, so now i only have 2 of them and the bug momma just stays covered and do any damage nor continue the match.
