I purchased the beverage recipe with a character other than Fassie. The quest did not fire. I switched to Fassie and read the purchased recipe, but the quest did not fire. Later in the run I purchased and read the recipe for a second time, this time with Fassie as the active character. The quest still did not fire. At the end of the run upon returning to the saloon, the quest did not fire.
