Step by step of the bug
Step 1
assigned Cartie to a place in larvageddon main room (corner of the room)
Step 2
destroyed third incubator
Step 3
came back to larvageddon main room
Step 4
attacked it freely
Step 5
game came back to normal after calling Cartie to follow my lead

Hello,
Was on a run with cartie/sweeper/comrade. When I destroyed the third incubator to launch phase 3, Larvageddon just not attacked.(no spikes from the ceiling and no poison breath. I was able to come back to it room and hit him freely. I don't remember if the waves of other monsters started or not.
What I noticed is that I assigned Cartie in a corner of the room to not move (and cover me from the wave). When I asked her to follow my lead, Larvageddon started again to attack as usual. I'm sorry, I can't provide a screenshot of that.
