I can't complete this run because the literal floor did not load in and it's blocking access to the door that I need to progress.

I've tried to save and reload multiple times but I'm assuming the save saves the game bug.

Now I lose all my progress on one of my best runs on the highest difficulty.

I included the save itself in the bug report. I hope you that helps stop this. This is so frustrating.
