Equip "Fanatics only" in the first run
Step 2
when back in the saloon replace "Fanatics only" with "weapons of mass destruction"

Start a run with "Rainy day" and Comrade

I replaced "Fanatics only" with "Weapons of mass destruction" but I am still receiving the effects of "Fanatics" instead of "weapons of mass destruction".
I am using "rainy day" beverage if that effects anything.
the other chips I'm using are: "Power of Rhetoric" and "The great equalizer"
