Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Peashooter turret lvl 2 already upgraded on previous floor
Step 2
Peashooter levels up from combat (gets shoved) on current floor
Step 3
Peashooter gets upgraded to lvl 3 on current floor
Step 4
Yellow icon to upgrade some of those turrets appear on map
Step 5
Can't upgrade by shoving and yellow icon does not disappear

Peashooter turret upgrade icon showing on map, but after shoving, turrets are unupgradable and icon does not disappear. Not sure if peashooter only problem or other turret types would do the same.
I believe it has something to do with the fact that they were lvl2, leveled up with combat, got shoved and after that got upgraded to lvl3
