Issue is as explained in the title. May be related to: controller disconnected/player idle mid-run after which turrets researched do not show up in the radial menu
*UPDATE*
This bug has happened once more, but I am now convinced that it's not the disconnected controller that's causing it as it was not a factor this time around.
Instead, I believe it has something to do with "refreshing" the research pool. I did this in both instances and it seems a much more likely cause
