Not really sure what to do about this one. But saw this on reddit today:

So, this is clearly a rip off endless space game and it is not even trying to hide it. Same icons and layout, which I am pretty sure is against some sort of copyright law.

Did you ever play Endless Space? Guess you should do so.

I don't get the rip off comment though. I checked out xcraft.net and it doesn't seem like a rip off game. Just looks like a older web based space game. I didn't see anything that looked like Endless Space on their front page. Maybe that one promotion mixed up some pictures?

Yea, I have played Endless Space.

And even if it is not a rip off, they are still using Endless Space to sell their product.
