Hello I got suckered into buying the game on psn but it won’t start I’m not alone in this several other people won’t get past the two first splash screens please tell me if you are going to fix this or refund me. It is illegal to sell broken products in my country by the way.

Though I can take a guess that it's Dungeon of the Endless, In which case the PS4 version (which I guess you are trying to play with backwards compatibility)

was done by Playdigious so best go to them and let them know.
