I linked all my accounts, enabled the inventory from the in-game settings, sync'd my accounts a bunch to see if that would resolve the issue and nothing. The skin is nowhere to be seen.

I'm having the same issue. Are you on PC or console? My issue is on Xbox specifically.

Do not worry I can see that you have both claimed, but there is a problem in the console that should be solved with the patch (as the skins are added in the latest patch, which explains why you don´t have them now).

I've suffered this same issue. All accounts linked, enabled inventory, claimed drop. I submitted a bug report hoping for the issue to be resolved or responded to but there's still no update and the issue persists.

Having the same problem. I'm on PC. My twitch says both skins thus far are claimed. I've retried all of the multiple steps suggested on the Skins post.

With Steam/PC, for me at least, both skins appeared as soon as I logged into the G2G account inside the game.

In our side you have in the inventory both Blaze and Fassie, did you activate the Games2Gether inventory ingame (Settings > Network)?

In your case, neither of the skins appears on the "inventory", did you claim them before or after linking g2g-twitch?

I was checking because I think there might be some cases in which the fact of sync after the claiming causes some troubles and therefore, does not unlock the skins properly. The team is investigating. For the moment there is nothing else I can do on my side to "automatically" unlock it to you, sorry :(

We solved a specific problem on specific conditions. So if you have the skins as "Claimed" but are not ingame, please re-sync the connection with Twitch. That should solve the problem

Thank you very much, I was able to unlock all the Twitch skins in the game. I don't know why Zed's 2022 event skin is not unlocked but at least I already have all the drops. Merry Christmas.^^
