If you are in a radial menu with turrets or factories and you hold down a key, when you exit that menu while holding down the key it will not retrigger that key. This is mostly important when in a wave fight and trying to quickly access a turret menu. My suggestion would be to check any held inputs on radial menu close and retrigger them. This could be limited to the movement keys only and it would solve the issue.
