Description: When the title is not in focus, the controller input continues to be accepted.

- This issue was encountered while using an Xbox One controller over wireless connection.

- This issue does not occur when navigating through Game Bar.

- In the attached video, the title is not in focus when there is no audio.

- This issue does not occur with Mouse and Keyboard.

Repro Steps:

This issue requires a controller to repro.

    1. Install and launch ENDLESS™ Dungeon Playtest.

    2. Proceed to the Main Menu > Select "New Game".

    3. While in the Saloon, shift focus away from the title by clicking outside of the game or by using Alt+Tab.

Actual Result:

Controller input is still accepted while the user is focusing on another task.

Expected Result:

Inputs for the title only go through while the title is in focus.
