Sophon VS Mavros figures (now in glorious 1/16 scale!) would be cute. Have one Sophon figure slightly smaller then the Mavros, to really fit this line:
Though the Sophons are occasionally jealous of the swaggering, alpha-being image of the Mavros, in fact they believe that the Mavros are too erratic to do anything of value (i.e. serious research). However, every once in a while, the Sophons like to remind other civilizations that they are entirely capable of blowing up other people’s moons as well...
Having them equipped with a tiny rifle (they aren't compensating) and the Mavros with a beaker.

I agree, they have a wonderful world going on and I don't really mind the thought of having a book or two to read on these factions around Auriga. In fact that could REALLY make things interesting considering it could be a great "through the eyes of..." for a major or even minor faction group as a game of Endless Legend transpires.
Lol same it all sounds great, perhaps in the future or even at launch of endless space 2, they could make like a collectors edition with some of the cool merchandise! Anyway all of them sound awesome to me.
