I would add even more for Mare Nostrum. 

I got it by getting 4 regions and then capturing the ocean for the first time.

I tried to get it by losing the ocean and re-gaining it, and it did not trigger.

And thakns to devs for solving the problem.

The achievements still dont work. Started a new game, lost a fleet to the sea monster= nothing. Went for full deck against some fomorians= nothing

For pay a second time ... not for me. Devs. have already tried with my saves and its ok for them not for us, not even a little reply since many days. A friend bought the game after tempest come and its ok for him.

Ofcourse you will, so as all of us. Just for testing. If you can take this achievment in your game and specs, then probably problem with us accounts, and this is way to localize and fix this issue somehow

Try on another game or an old save before the capture.

what do you mean with account change? I can't get those 4 either, but have Diversity, while a friend can not even get Diversity

Tries in that order, first take the four regions and after take ocean.
