Game crashes, restarting PC. Please help!

There is no BSOD even if I disable automatic restart under the Startup and Recovery options.  Changing the detail level from fantastic to Beautiful and V-sync from 1:1 to 1:2 seems to help buy me some extra time before the crash, but It always seems to occur on a long enough timeline.  I also ran memtest 86 last night:  two full passes, zero errors noted.

Tossing in my $.02. Have you looked at the event logs? If it is panic crashing there might be something in there. Do you get any hint of a blue screen before the reboot?
