There is nothing that disable achievements if a mod is activated at the moment but it might be something to change indeed.

Localized: English, French. I'm not so fluent in the others languages so you will have a red line like "guielementmissing" for the title and description of the trait but i think u can still play with it anyways. If someone want to localize it in another language, feel free to do it

This is just an expanded color palette (going from 8 to 24 colours, including the obvious necessities like white and black), which also strips Minor Factions of any faction colours whatsoever.
