That would be awesome. However, it would be contrary to lore that says the Vaulters have come to the surface. We also haven't had the slightest peep that a layer like that exists. I'd welcome it if it does, though. I rather like the underground layer in AoW.

maybe their cities are underground or something similar and do not look like much from the surface?
