On Allayi faction quest there are several times where you need to build something in ALL your cities. That seems a bit excessive, especially on larger maps if you spread out.

It would be great if it was either all cities OR a certain number. Say, 5, or even 10. Heck even 1 5, while super expensive in terms of pearls, is less problematic than "all".
