When I select a design in the military screen, my options are "delete, edit, new". It would be great if there was an "upgrade" option (which is greyed out unless it is usable for that design). Where you click on it and it will automatically upgrade to the highest tier of each item selected. (not switch to different items, even if superior.)

Every item comes in 3 quality settings, "good", "great", and "legendary". Further clarified as "Tier 1" through 3. I would naturally use the edit button if I want to, say, switch out my iron weapon for a titanium one. Or switch from titanium to adamantium. Those kind of changes require some thought.

But upgrading my Tier 1 to tier 2 and then tier 3 is really a no brainer and should be automated with a single button to upgrade all viable selections for that unit.
