Please improve the Empire Plan UI. E.g. It took me ~4times of looking at the empire plan and saying "ah screw it" until I figured out that you have to drag the circles. I tried clicking. And I tried clicking on the symbols (military etc) but nothing worked so for some time I considered it broken ;-)

Another part of this that is less than self evident is the cost. Each first tier item costs influence equal to your number of cities times 15. For second tier, i.e. dragged out from center twice, the cost is 25 times number of cities. I am not sure what the cost is for higher eras but I am sure it is a similar progression.



So let's say, for the sake of example, that you are in the second era and are planning on fighting a war in the next 20 turns and want to scale up your military and have them fight better.



You have 5 cities. You drag the slider up twice for both the unit production discount and the combat strength boost. Your cost is (15 + 25) x 5 cities = 200. If you also dragged one to the left for the dust boost, your total costs would be 275.
