So, in my most recent playthrough, I got a quest from a Bos village to build a Watchtower. Doing this netted me a new Tech I had never encountered before: the Regional Headquarters. I built this new building in my city in the region next to the Bos', talked with the village again, and earned their loyalty. Mission accomplished.



For those who haven't encountered this thing yet, the Regional Headquarters gives you +5 Industry, +5 City Defense Cap and +5% Health Regeneration on the city it's built in.



Here's the question; am I supposed to be able to build this thing in more than one city, or is this a unique, one-time-only building? Because I've only been able to build one, but I see no indication that it's meant to be a one-off building like the Founder's Memorial.
