See title. This is a minor but frustrating useability issue for me.

The move to garrison button is currently only available when we're standing NEXT to a city. if we're standing on top of one, it is greyed out. This is annoying.

I think in a few rare cases (like a single hex city under siege) it actually makes it impossible for us to garrison units.

There is a workaround for now, in building more boroughs. since you just have to be adjacent to any borough of a city you want to garrison in. but it's still unintuitive and annoying

I second this. It is a small annoyance, but definitely one I'd like to see fixed.

I too am annoyed by this, though it only seems to be a problem in single hex cities. Once the city has two or more hexes, you can join the garrison without moving off the city first.

More important than the minor annoyance factor is the fact that it is silly. To go inside the city I first have to march away from it for a few miles?? In a MP game with simultaneous turns this awkward mechanic could even serve to screw somebody over in certain situations.
